About Us — ASSID
ASSID is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people through leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and experiential learning.
We believe that education goes beyond the classroom. That’s why we create workshops, projects, training programs, and collaborative experiences that help young people develop practical skills, build confidence, discover their potential, and turn ideas into meaningful action.
Our goal is not simply to prepare young people for the future — it is to give them the tools and opportunities to shape it.
Learn. Lead. Impact.
OUR VISION
To build a generation of young people who are capable of thinking independently, creating solutions, leading others and contributing actively to their communities.
OUR MISSION
ASSID designs accessible programs, learning experiences and collaborative projects that develop youth capabilities, connect people and transform ideas into practical initiatives.

INNERVE
When the inside pulses… the world shifts.
INNERVE was a youth development program that we designed and facilitated over a period of two months. The program brought together young participants and focused on developing skills that are usually not taught directly at school. Instead of only giving presentations or theoretical content, we organized interactive sessions where participants had to discuss, experiment, solve problems, challenge ideas, and reflect on their own way of thinking.
We also created activities that encouraged participants to understand themselves better, express their ideas, listen to different perspectives, and work with others. INNERVE was therefore not a course where participants simply received information. We built a series of workshops, activities, discussions, and practical experiences around specific skills and used them to create a structured learning journey.
During the program, we worked on areas such as critical thinking, self-awareness, communication, creative expression, and personal development. In our critical thinking activities, participants were given situations, statements, and challenges that required them to question their first impressions, identify biases, analyze information, and explain their reasoning. The sessions were designed around participation rather than lectures.
The program lasted two months, and we eventually developed a dedicated online space for INNERVE to present the program and its work. In simple terms, INNERVE was our first structured experiment in creating a youth learning program focused on skills, reflection, and active participation rather than traditional academic learning.
